Kullanım Koşulları
1. Kabul ve Hizmet Tanımı
Vekils mobil, web (`app.vekils.com`) ve masaüstü uygulamalarını kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Vekils; dava, icra, müvekkil, duruşma, belge, hesaplama ve UYAP/E-İmza senkronizasyon araçları sunan bir hukuk bürosu yönetim platformudur.
2. Hesap Güvenliği ve Kullanım Kuralları
- Kullanıcılar hesap bilgilerinin ve parolalarının güvenliğinden sorumludur.
- Sisteme yüklenen dava ve müvekkil verilerinin mülkiyeti ve hukuki sorumluluğu tamamen kullanıcıya (avukata/hukuk bürosuna) aittir.
- Platform yalnızca hukuka ve meslek kurallarına uygun mesleki faaliyetler için kullanılabilir.
3. Abonelik, Ücretsiz Deneme ve İptal Koşulları
- FREE Plan: 10 dava ve 5 müvekkile kadar süresiz ücretsizdir.
- Ücretli Planlar (Starter, Professional, Enterprise): İlk kayıtta 14 gün ücretsiz deneme sunulur.
- Ödeme ve Yenileme: Mobil uygulama içi abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play hesabınız üzerinden tahsil edilir ve dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir.
- İptal: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman App Store / Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan iptal edebilirsiniz.
4. Hukuki Hesaplama ve Yapay Zeka Sorumluluk Reddi
Vekils içerisindeki hesaplama araçları ve AI Hukuki Asistan çıktıları avukatlara yardımcı nitelikte olup resmi bilirkişi raporu veya kesin hukuki mütalaa yerine geçmez. Dava ve işlemlerdeki nihai kontrol ve sorumluluk kullanıcıya aittir.
5. Uyuşmazlık Çözümü
İşbu koşullardan doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunları uygulanır ve İstanbul Mahkemeleri ile İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance & Service Overview
By using the Vekils mobile, web (`app.vekils.com`), and desktop applications, you agree to these Terms of Service. Vekils is a legal practice management platform providing case tracking, client management, legal calculators, AI legal research, and desktop UYAP/e-signature synchronization.
2. Account Security & Ownership
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
- You retain full ownership of all case files, client records, and documents uploaded to your workspace.
3. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Cancellation
- FREE Plan: Free indefinitely for up to 10 cases and 5 clients.
- Paid Plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise): Include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Billing & Auto-Renewal: In-app subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
4. Legal Calculators & AI Disclaimer
Outputs generated by Vekils calculators and the AI Legal Assistant are provided as professional productivity aids and must be verified by the attorney prior to court submission.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in Istanbul Courts.
